| Allen Holloway, Sr., started Bama Painting in 1982 as a sole proprietor. His initial experience in the painting industry started in his teenage years working as a painter in his family’s business. Allen learned the business from the ground up, and he understands every aspect of the painting industry. Allen’s strong work ethic combined with his vision for Bama Painting has placed his company in the position to be the leading commercial paint contractor throughout the state of Alabama and neighboring states. Allen has been President of Bama Painting & Wallcovering, Inc. since it’s formation in 1992. Allen is a current member of the Painting and Decorating Contractor’s of America as well as a member of the Vistage Group (formerly known as TEC – The Executive Committee). |
| Cindy Holloway Project Manager |
| Cindy started with Bama Painting and Wallcovering, Inc. in 1997 after a sixteen-year career with BellSouth. Cindy’s background of corporate policies and procedures, human resource expertise, and her ability to manage the finances of Bama’s business has brought Bama to be an open door for long-term employment opportunities as well as develop methods and procedures to ensure customer relations satisfaction. Cindy is responsible for all the financials of the business for Bama. She works directly with the general contractor “project managers” and their team members as needed; executes all Bama’s bonding needs; maintains all of Bama’s insurance needs; responsible for all purchasing decisions; oversees all areas of human resources. Cindy is also responsible for maintaining the budget for each project which is a key component of keeping jobs on track. |
| Amanda Dobbins Marketing Director |
Amanda has been with Bama Painting since 2004. She graduated from the University of North Alabama with degree in Finance and pursued a career in the banking industry. Before coming to Bama she was a Business Development Officer for Regions Bank. At Bama Amanda has played several different roles from accounting to client relations which has prepared her for her current position as Marketing Director. Amanda's creativity and fun personality make her a great addition to our team!

| Allen Holloway, Jr. has over 18 years experience in the painting business, including training in construction management. Allen’s early work experience as a painter and later as a Project Coordinator gives him a true advantage as our Senior Project Coordinator. Allen understands the needs on a jobsite, everything from materials to manpower. Allen handles field project management for all Bama projects. He is the liaison between the field and the office. He duties include regular jobsite inspections, labor allocation, and client relations as it pertains to a specific project. |
| Robert Wade Project Coordinator |
| Robert brings a solid history of painting experience to Bama with over 18 years working in the painting industry. Robert started as a painter at Bama but soon earned the position of Project Coordinator. Robert has coordinated everything from the smallest jobs to the largest jobs for Bama, and he brings a great amount of experience to the table when coordinating a project. Robert’s reputation and experience in the field places him in a strong position to handle any size project. |
| Joe Montagano Project Coordinator |
Joe joined Bama Painting in July 2008 and quickly became a Project Coordinator. He has over 16 years experience in the painting and construction industry. Joe's work experience includes managing mulitple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction. Joe is knowledgeable in all aspects of the painting industry and proves to be a valuable member to the Bama Painting team. |
| Rita McAvoy Payroll Manager |
Rita rejoined Bama's team in the fall of 2007 after working with us back in 2000 for several years. Rita brings a vast knowledge of skill to our accounts payable and receivables department as well as managing our entire payroll management system. Rita professionalism and skill are a tremendous asset to our staff. |

| Vickie came to Bama in 2007. She brings years of previous experience overseeing complex logistic systems and accounts. Vickie is responsible for data processing and support. She is a great addition to the team. |
